In my coaching practice, I help clients prepare for interviews. Often, the challenge isn't *knowing* the answers, but *how* they're delivered. One client, after reviewing a video recording of a practice session, was disappointed by his robotic responses. I provided him with techniques to appear more human, suggesting he connect with his emotions. Thinking of his newborn baby helped him relax and even smile during his actual interview. After several rounds, he received a job offer. Focusing on what truly matters—often tapping into empathy—is a powerful way for clients to project authenticity.

One example that comes to mind is when I worked with a client who was struggling with impostor syndrome. Utilizing my extensive training, I have designed various tools to help clients move forward; one of them is utilizing a combination of 360 feedback, NLP and affirmations to help my clients build their self-awareness and confidence through the help of external sources such as friends and family. In using this tool, they grow their self-awareness in their skills and abilities, and combining this with NLP and affirmations, they retrain their brains to focus more on the positive as opposed to the negative, and this enables them to believe in themselves and interact with the world around them more positively, creating more opportunities for advancement in both their personal and professional lives.
